Two
Two is an energetic piece featuring a dancer trapped in a box of light, reflecting Russell Maliphant’s fascination with the relationship between movement and light.
The dancer performing this powerful solo moves through a remarkable fusion of music, movement, and light until the final climax.
The musical score was specially created for this ballet by Andy Cowton.
Two was commissioned by the Dance Umbrella Festival in London.
