Lively!

It starts with a Madison, a playful, upbeat little line dance, the star of the dancefloors. But Vivace has plenty surprises in store for us: to a background of high-tempo pop, baroque and electro, the choreography blossoms into an astonishing journey through music and gesture. It should be noted that on a musical score vivace indicates a rapid beat (the equivalent of “lively”). The same word is used in French to describe perennials, those plants for whom survival is a constant strategy… Absorbed by pulsing rhythms, the dancers become lively bodies of a new kind, all vitality, determination, and persistence.
