« Merehenua » (Te parau) is Makau Foster Delcuvellerie ‘s second creation for the Heiva i Tahiti. That show tells us the story of the pearl divers who risk their lives to bring up the black pearls from the depth of the ocean.
« Merehenua » (Te parau) is Makau Foster Delcuvellerie ‘s second creation for the Heiva i Tahiti. In 2001, Tamariki Poerani will be awarded First Prize for its Aparima “E Hopu”, First Prize for its magnificent costume and second prize “Hura Tau”.
That show tells us the story of the pearl divers who risk their lives to bring up the black pearls from the depth of the ocean.
